1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the website adamkiewicz-meble.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).

2. What data we collect and for what purpose
Contact form
When submitting an enquiry through the contact form, we collect:
- first and last name,
- company / project name (optional),
- e-mail address,
- phone number (optional),
- message content / project description.
Purpose of processing: responding to the submitted enquiry, preparing a preliminary quote.
Kitchen configurator
When using the configurator and submitting a quote request, we collect:
- kitchen parameters provided by the User (width, depth, layout, style),
- any comments / additional information,
- e-mail address,
- phone number.
Purpose of processing: preparing an individual quote based on the parameters provided, and follow-up contact.
Legal basis
We process data on the basis of:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent given when submitting the form (ticking the consent checkbox),
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (preparing an offer/quote),
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Controller’s legitimate interest (handling correspondence, establishing/defending against claims).
3. Who we share data with
Data may be shared with:
- Hosting provider — mydevil.net — to the extent necessary to store data on the server on which the Website operates.
- Google LLC — in connection with the use of reCAPTCHA (protecting forms against spam/bots) and Google Fonts (fonts used on the Website). Google may process the User’s device IP address and other technical data. More information: Google Privacy Policy.
- E-mail service providers — to the extent necessary to deliver form submissions to the Controller’s mailbox.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without separate consent.
4. Data retention period
Data submitted through the forms is stored for the period necessary to handle the correspondence and until the limitation period for any related claims has expired, and, where a contract is concluded, for the period required by applicable law (e.g. tax, accounting).
5. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.

6. Cookies
The Website uses cookies for the following purposes:
- technical / necessary — ensuring the Website functions correctly (e.g. remembering the selected language via the Polylang plugin),
- security — the Google reCAPTCHA service uses cookies to distinguish humans from bots when submitting forms.
You can block cookies in your browser settings — this may, however, limit the functionality of the Website (e.g. forms may stop working correctly).
7. Data security
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and bot protection for forms (reCAPTCHA).
